1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement and binding contractual relationship with WhiteBoardZone.
By accessing and using WhiteBoardZone ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Use of Service & Platform Guidelines
Acceptable use, educational etiquette, and anti-abuse policies.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Platform. Disruptive conduct, harassment, reverse engineering, or unauthorized automated crawling is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts & Security
Account credentials, tutor/student roles, and login safety.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Intellectual Property & Canvas Ownership
Ownership of platform software, brand assets, and user-generated lesson content.
All software, design elements, and platform trademarks are the intellectual property of WhiteBoardZone. Educators and users retain full ownership of their original teaching materials, notes, drawings, and whiteboard canvas content created on the Platform.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Compliance with data protection laws and platform security practices.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement robust encryption and security measures to protect your data, session streams, and whiteboard assets in accordance with applicable global regulations.
6. Developer API & Fair Use
Integration quotas, rate limits, and API credential management.
Institutes and developers utilizing WhiteBoardZone APIs must adhere to published rate limits, token security standards, and fair-use guidelines. API credentials must never be exposed client-side or distributed publicly.
7. Limitation of Liability
Legal boundaries of platform warranties and consequential damages.
WhiteBoardZone shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, network disruptions, or third-party telecommunications failures.
8. Termination & Suspension
Circumstances under which account access may be suspended or revoked.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, in cases of confirmed terms violations, fraudulent activity, or non-payment of subscription fees.
